Some people may try to get personal information from you: this is something called Phishing. They try to rob personal details from you in order to use them later for illegal commercial purpose. These people may use our name (Kingolotto) fraudulently but they are not working for our company. They use our brand, our identity but also any other identity to try to rob you personal information.

We have decided to fight against phishing

Many people play Kingolotto every day. They trust we are a serious company and have seen our name surfing on the web. But the reverse side of the medal is that dishonest people may use our name to rob personal informations from you (credit card number, phone etc.)

In order to help you recognise this type of fraud, we add in some emails we send you a header with your name and email that you use to play on Kingolotto.

IMPORTANT: kingolotto sends 2 types of emails. All emails you received from Kingolotto won't have your name and email mentioned on it. But you should recognise easily if emails are coming from us or not.

Why should we mention your name and email in Kingolotto emails?

People who try to use your email for illegal purpose don't know your email and name in general. If you see your email and name in a Kingolotto email you may be reassured.

But in general we strongly advise you to be careful about the emails your receive. Please forward us any email you think are suspicious and we will get back to you to let you if they are from us or not.

Even if you don't see your email and name in a email it may come from us.

How can you make sure Kingolotto is the sender of an email you received?

In general fraudulent email will aim at taking personal information from you: banking details, phone number etc.

Please send us any suspicious email you find and we will le tyou know if we see something wrong.
